Use of the Service

DJ Tazer Booking is provided to help clients, partners, contractors, and administrators manage DJ Tazer bookings, availability, invoices, payments, and related communications.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate account, booking, calendar, payment, and payout information. You must not use the service in a way that interferes with its operation or the privacy of other users.

Calendar Connections

If you connect a calendar, you authorise the service to read availability and, where supported, add accepted booking events to your selected calendar. You can disconnect calendar access or revoke permissions from the calendar provider at any time.

DJ Tazer Mail Plugin

The DJ Tazer Mail plugin connects ChatGPT or Codex to a Zoho Mail account that you are authorised to use. You are responsible for reviewing recipients, message content, and attachments before approving any send action.

Draft and send capabilities depend on Zoho and ChatGPT permissions. The plugin must not be used for spam, impersonation, unlawful communications, unauthorised mailbox access, or activity that violates Zoho, OpenAI, or applicable law. You may disconnect the plugin or revoke its Zoho authorization at any time.

Payments and Payouts

Payments and payouts may be processed through Stripe. Stripe may require additional verification information and applies its own terms to payment and connected account services.

Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all third party calendar, payment, email, or hosting services will always be available.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
