Who We Are

DJ Tazer Booking is used to manage event bookings, contractor availability, payments, invoices, and calendar connections for DJ Tazer services.

Information We Collect

We collect information needed to run bookings and contractor work, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, event details, billing details, contractor profile details, calendar connection details, and payment/payout references.

Google Calendar Data

If you connect Google Calendar, we request access to read calendar availability and create booking events in your selected calendar. We use this access only to show whether you are available for DJ Tazer bookings and to add accepted or pencilled-in bookings to your diary.

We store Google OAuth tokens securely so the calendar connection can keep working. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it except where needed to provide the booking and calendar features.

DJ Tazer Mail Plugin and Zoho Mail Data

If you connect the DJ Tazer Mail plugin, you authorise it to access the Zoho Mail account you select. Depending on the permissions you approve, the plugin can search and read messages, create unsent drafts, and send messages only when you request that action through ChatGPT or Codex.

The service stores your Zoho account identifier, connected email address, encrypted OAuth refresh token, and the minimum authorization records needed to keep the connection working. Email subjects, bodies, recipients, attachments, and message identifiers are retrieved from Zoho only when needed to answer your request; they are not copied into a separate searchable database by DJ Tazer Mail.

Mailbox tokens are encrypted at rest. Access tokens issued to ChatGPT are stored only as one-way hashes. We do not sell mailbox information, use it for advertising, or allow one connected user to access another user's mailbox.

How We Use Information

We use information to manage bookings, contact clients and contractors, process payments and payouts, generate booking documents, check availability, add calendar events, and keep audit records for operational and security purposes.

Third Party Services

The service may use third parties including Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Apple iCloud Calendar, Stripe, and email providers. Those services process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep booking, payment, contractor, and calendar records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet business record requirements, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations.

DJ Tazer Mail connection records remain until the connection is revoked, deleted, or no longer required to provide the plugin. Short-lived authorization codes expire automatically. You can request deletion of your plugin connection and stored authorization records by contacting info@djtazer.co.uk.

Your Choices

You can disconnect calendar or mail access from ChatGPT, revoke access from your Google or Zoho account permissions, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your stored connection information.
